Mountain Fest
This craft
show is exclusive to authentic handcrafters and brings
thousands to Mena each year! These crafters come
from over 6 different states and are a joy to visit with
and learn of their crafts! Hosted each August by
the Queen Wilhelmina State Park.
Ouachita Mountain Bluegrass Festival
Enjoy some
top bluegrass bands and personalities at Mena's newest
festival. Held in the spring and fall, you can
enjoy great pickin' and our breathtaking mountains.
You are sure to have a toe tappin' good time!
Rich
Mountain Country & Western Swing Dance Festival
If you're
a swinger, then you'll want to mark your calendar for
spring & fall! This event brings hundreds to our
area twice a year. Ya'll come and be ready to kick
up them heals!
"Cruisin'
the Ouachitas" Car Show
Formerly
the "Celebrate the American Car Show", this open car,
truck, and motorcycle show includes lots of good food,
games, and entertainment. Held in the heart
of downtown Mena at Janssen Park in early June.
Queen Wilhelmina Rod Run
This event
brings hundreds of hot rodders from all over the country
into Mena to display their classic gems and muscle cars.
This 30 year old event is a favorite of locals and
tourists alike when cars are displayed both at Queen
Wilhelmina and downtown.
Lum
n' Abner Festival
In June
2006, Mena welcomed back its signature festival that
includes arts & crafts, a cook-off, car show,
entertainment and more! Make your annual
reservation now for the first weekend of June so you're
guaranteed a spot to take in this fun festival!

Christmas Parade & Festival
Watch
downtown Mena explode with Christmas cheer! Mena's
largest parade sets the stage followed by an awesome
fireworks show to officially light up Janssen Park in
thousands of twinkling lights. Horse drawn
carriage rides tour it all! Homemade goodies are
available along Mena Street while you shop for the
perfect and unique Christmas gift. You'll want to
make it an annual event!
