Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport

MIMA is among the most complete General Aviation Airports in the U.S. and consists of a North/South 5000 foot runway and a 6000 foot East/West runway built to accommodate large aircraft such as a Boeing 727-200.  MIMA also provides a complete litany of navigational aids to include a full Instrument Landing System (ILS).

Rich Mountain Community College

RMCC is a fully accredited two-year college with locations in Mena, Waldron, Mt. Ida, and Wickes.  It provides academic transfer courses, Associate degrees, certificates of proficiencies, workforce classes, community service classes, and a wide-variety of services for students and the community.

Mena Regional Health System

MRHS, formerly Mena Medical Center, is a 65 bed community hospital providing general care for the communities of Mena, Polk country, and the surrounding counties of Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.  The hospital offers a diverse compliment of inpatient, outpatient, and home health services to the community.
